*General+ is just a bit harder than our regular general classes.

**Restorative yoga  Gentle yoga for the end of the day with a focus on gentle postures, stretching, breathing practices, and guided meditation. Check out Suzanne's Blog.

FEES

In keeping with the ancient yoga tradition, all regular class fees are by donation. Suggested donation is $12 a class.

 What does donation mean?

If you can put $12 in the box, great. If not, no problem, put in whatever you can. If you’d like to contribute in advance of classes for ease, we recommend $60 for six classes. It is the policy of the studio to make regular yoga classes available to more people. We recognize that yoga, like everything else, has moved beyond the reach of a lot of people, this is our way to open the door to yoga a bit wider.

SERIES

Kids Yoga Ages 8-11

Wednesday afternoons from 4:00-5:00 p.m. 1/13-2/17 6 wk session

Kids love and need to move. And, Liziah loves teaching kids yoga. This class will work with body, breath, coordination, and focus in a playful and fun environment. Liziah will use dance, music, and games along with kid friendly instruction on postures to help your child learn ways of using body, breath, and mind to cultivate a sense of calm and balance.

Series $60.  Please sign up now to be sure you get a spot. Ten kids maximum.

PILATES
Tuesday evenings 6:00-7:00pm

New session beginning every 6 weeks

We are happy to offer Mat Pilates with Pamela Phillips-Blevins in 6 week sessions. This class features the ultimate workout for core strength and flexibility. For next start date and to register, please call Pamela at 206.890.6802.


WORKSHOPS

IMAGERY, BREATH, & MOVEMENT

Saturday, February 20 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join Melissa for a two hour workshop to help you freshen and deepen into the practice. She'll use new imagery, breathing exercises, and movements to help you discover anew postures that have been getting a bit stale.

So many of us have heard the same directions repeated verbatim for years that we could probably recite them while sleeping, and, yet, still struggle with the pose. So come and find a brand new angle on moving your body whether in triangle, warrior, or tree pose. Suggested donation: $15. Please RSVP as soon as possible to guarantee a spot.

 

CANDLELIGHT YOGA NIDRA

Saturday evenings 1/23, 2/26 (Fri. nt), 3/27, from 7:00-8:30 pm. 
Join Stacy for a deeply relaxing session of asana, breath work, and guided nidra (meditation) practice.  This will restore and refresh you in body, mind, and spirit. $12 per/class. Please rsvp as space is limited.
