General Yoga hatha yoga classes inspired by the Yoga of Krishnamacharya, Iyengar Yoga, and/or YogaWorks open to all levels.  Classes focus on postures, breathing techniques to build overall and core strength, balance, and flexibility.* indicates series, please see below for more information.

Core Yoga a hath yoga conditioning class that consists of a series of adaptable yoga postures for overall fitness.  Poses performed with a consistent awareness of breath and movement.  The results will leave you feeling connected, strong, and open.  Physical and mental benefits are gained by focusing on correct alignment, moving with intention, and using breath to create energy.  This class is considerably more demanding than our general classes, so check in if you have any questions.

Evening General Yoga w/Melissa
Wednesdays at 6:00-7:30 pm 6 classes/Suggested donation $60. Classes begin every six weeks or so.  It is possible to join in late, space permitting.

Melissa’s classes make good use of her unique training in yoga, dance, Continuum, and reiki. She uses images and metaphors to guide students through postures to awaken a fresh appreciation for poses often lost. Melissa adapts postures for students giving challenge or modifications as needed.

Kids Yoga w/Megan ages 6-10  Thursdays at 4:30-5:30 pm 4 classes/$40 Classes begin every 4-5 weeks,  It is possible to join late, space permitting.  Please email.

Megan’s teaching fuses the yoga structure of an adult class (meditation, asanas and breathing)  with fun and engaging age-appropriate themed classes that weave in education about nature, anatomy, self-awareness and connection with others. Her classes are a great way to help kids center and find ways of coping with the stresses in their day-to-day lives.


$60/series or $10 drop-in/ 6 classes.

Feldenkrais® ATM Series.  Check for class start date.

After sending her son off to College, Sarah will be traveling during the month of October. Her Feldenkrais® classes will resume on Wednesday November 12th at 10am. This winter series will focus on lessons for the Arms, Neck and Face, facilitating deep relaxation, neurological resilience and awareness of our habitual movement patterns.

FEES In keeping with the ancient yoga tradition, all regular class fees are by donation. Suggested donation is $12 a class. What does donation mean? If you can put $12 in the box, great. If not, no problem, put in whatever you can. If you’d like to contribute in advance of classes for ease, we recommend $60 for six classes. It is the policy of the studio to make regular yoga classes available to more people. We recognize that yoga, like everything else, has moved beyond the reach of a lot of people, this is our way to open the door to yoga a bit wider.
