Teen Yoga w/Annie Monday

6 week session on Mondays (will begin again 9/2014)

This class works on awareness of movement through both traditional and non-traditional poses. Students build strength, flexibility, and balance while exploring the connections between the mind and the body. It’s a fun, positive, way to build a better relationship with our bodies and the way they move.
As always, $60 for the whole series or $12 to drop-in. Please do RSVP so I can know how many to expect.  We need a minimum of 4 students to run the class.  $60 suggested donation.  Questions, please Email.

Feldenkrais®

$60/series or $10 drop-in/ 6 classes.

Improve awareness and mobility in the hip joints and increase comfort to the low back and knees.  This is a great slow-pace class for people who want to learn experientially.

FEES In keeping with the ancient yoga tradition, all regular class fees are by donation. Suggested donation is $12 a class. What does donation mean? If you can put $12 in the box, great. If not, no problem, put in whatever you can. If you’d like to contribute in advance of classes for ease, we recommend $60 for six classes. It is the policy of the studio to make regular yoga classes available to more people. We recognize that yoga, like everything else, has moved beyond the reach of a lot of people, this is our way to open the door to yoga a bit wider.
